About Melissa Kapanicas

Born and raised in Scottsdale, Melissa proudly considers the Valley of the Sun her lifelong home. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Arizona State University followed by a master’s degree from Northern Arizona University, Melissa dedicated nine years to teaching in the Paradise Valley Unified School District. Throughout this time, she and her husband, Mick, raised their four daughters while actively engaging with their schools: Blessed Sacrament Preschool, Saint John XXIII, and Notre Dame Preparatory.

 

Following a decade of owning and operating a Non-Medical Home Care franchise, Home Helpers, Melissa's passion for aiding others and her deep-rooted community ties led her to obtain her Arizona real estate license. This transition seamlessly integrated her professional background with her intrinsic desire to serve. Melissa is committed to fostering trusted, meaningful relationships with her clients, earning their confidence to refer their friends and family.

 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Melissa treasures moments shared with her husband and four children, actively participating in church volunteering, and finding joy in activities like golfing, hiking, and quality time with friends.
